    No Secured Debts. How do I fill out Statement of Intention in MD?

    I am filing Chapter 7, and have no secured debts, but still need to file the statement of intention. What parts should I fill/not fill out? Do I just sign the blank form and submit it?

    I believe the best would be to just mark the sections N/A and sign and date the form. Do you have any leases right now? Are you renting? Then you need to define something for your "Description of Leased Property" on the form.

      Renting, but not on a lease right now. I literally have no secured debts. Just want to make sure I get it right so I don't get dismissed for something stupid....

      Thanks for the info, btw. I kind of assumed that is what I would have to do, but just want to be on the safe side.
