Do I have to turn in the B240 Reaffirmation agreement when I file if I want to reaffirm my vehicle loan? I see there is a place for the attorney to sign, but what about pro se?

That Reaffirmation Agreement should come from the creditor. Also, you need to really think about what the Reaffirmation Agreement does. If you're upside down, it may not be your best choice.
In any event, since you are pro se, you would need to fill out the debtor certification and then request a hearing. A Judge needs to approve the reaffirmation.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
