We filed a no asset 7 pro se.....the court allowed installment payments of the filing fee with the final payment being feb 9th. My question is---how would one get the court to extend the date of the last payment by one week? I would still be within the 180 day limit, and it would mean another 45 to 60 days grace before I have to leave my home (which I am surrendering)--any ideas what the court would consider as just cause for an extension???

You would need to file a Motion to Extend Time to Make Installment Payments. As you know, you cannot exceed 180 days since filing, but you should be able to ask permission to extend payments. Proper cause would be that you just have no money.
