    Lien Strip

I have an IRS lien and a tax lien from the State of Georgia, all from business income in tax years 98-2001. All meet guidelines to be discharged. I'm a no-asset case - Chapter 7.

Also have a judgement on record from 2004.

Do I need to file motions to lien strip or do they automatically release? I've seen conflicting information on this.

341 is week after next. I will be taking bank statements, pay stubs, and tax returns. Anything else I need to take with me?

    Thank you.

It is very doubtful that the liens would automatically be released. You will most likely need to file a motion or intiate an AP to remove these liens. Check your local rules on how to proceed with this. Also, check the NOLO book as it does go over how to remove judicial liens in a 7.
    Chapter 13 Filed (Pro Se) - 9/30/09
    Confirmation Date - 12/1/09
    Stats - $1752/month, 29/36 completed, 4% to Unsecured, Lien Stripped 2nd Mortgage
