When I printed out the chapter 7 paper work I filled out everything and have gotten to something that is entitiled: Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, & Deadline. Do I do anything on this page or is that for the court to fill out? I am filing very basic, I have no property or anything of value and have just credit cards and a car loan I am discharging as my student loan while included I fully understand can not be discharged .

That is not for your use. You cannot pick your own time and date. It is probably in your forms just for general info. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? As written, this is a form used by the Bankruptcy Clerk. Please check your District's website and see if there's a "Filing CheckList". This will help you use the correct and necessary forms in order to file.
