What do you do with this part?

When I printed out the chapter 7 paper work I filled out everything and have gotten to something that is entitiled: Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, & Deadline. Do I do anything on this page or is that for the court to fill out? I am filing very basic, I have no property or anything of value and have just credit cards and a car loan I am discharging as my student loan while included I fully understand can not be discharged .

That is not for your use. You cannot pick your own time and date. It is probably in your forms just for general info. 'Hub

As written, this is a form used by the Bankruptcy Clerk. Please check your District's website and see if there's a "Filing CheckList". This will help you use the correct and necessary forms in order to file.

If you can't find this on your District's website, please call the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and ask where you may find the checklist.
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
