Back in August I had a judgment placed against me for a past CC debt. I agreed to pay $60 a month, but knew I was a couple months from filing my bankruptcy. I plan on filing now on the week of Nov. 9th, but I have another "payment" due on this judgement on Oct. 15, should I pay it? What will happen if I don't? I have all of the paperwork done on the Bankruptcy and am ready to file after I take the pre counseling course.

I concurr. Do not pay any more on that debt. After you are discharged, you may have to make a motion to the court to 'Vacate the Judgment.' It won't ncessecarily magically disappear.
You will be asked about it in your paperwork. Make sure you include that. The trustee may ask you about it at your 341. Explain the matter then, and since you are pro se, you can ask him/her questions of how to proceed. If he/she does not ask about it, then YOU ask. [Here is where I would normally say do not volunteer anything other than what is asked for and answer in 'yes' 'no' as much as possible.] But you are representing yourself, so you are well within your rights to do so. Just only give the Reader's Digest verson.....
Good luck to you!"To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."
