Question about Notice portion

I have completed just about everything, and am now to a section entitled:

"Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, & Deadlines"

Do I leave these pages blank as they are filled out by the court/trustee when needed or is there something on this section I need to complete? I have no property, only have credit card, car loan debt that I am looking to have discharged.

Do you have the "checklist" for your District? Most Clerks publish a "checklist" of the forms that are necessary to file a Chapter 7, 9, 11, 12, 13. You should be following the checklist.

Having wrote that, the notice of bankruptcy is sent out by the Clerk of the Court.

Can't afford the book right now don't even have the monies to pay my bills. Found the checklist on line...thanks.

Anytime. I really wish you had a book though. Can you check your local library? Don't be afraid to ask any other questions you may have about your petition. We're here all night.

no on library

Local library had it, got checked out and never returned...just my luck. Overall mine is very simple. I all have is Credit Cards and a car loan. I have already returned the car and cancelled all credit cards. I have no property or anything of value. I bring home a whopping $1280 a month with over $600 going for my rent, so I don't have much to claim or for someone to go after.
