When I filed back in 1999, you had to submit two copies when you filed, is that still the case or does it depend on state and such? How can I find out how many copies I need to take with me when I file for the southern district of Indiana.

You should look at your District's Website (U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Southern District of Indiana), and/or call the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court to find out what they need. If you are filing in person, it's good to bring the original petition (with original signatures), and a copy. Have both stamped, and be sure to take "your" copy with you! In most cases, the Courts have gone to the CM/ECF electronic case filing system, and no longer require multiple copies of the petition.
Good Luck.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
