    Florida Streamlines Lien Stripping

    I'm seeing more and more Divisions within the Florida Bankruptcy Districts streamlining Lien Stripping in Chapter 13 cases. Today, I just noticed that the Jacksonville Division of the Middle District now includes the procedure and the sample order.

    Jacksonville also allows the Debtor to lien strip BY OBJECTION to the filed claim! (That's a new one for me!)
