Recently filed California Ch 7

Hello all,

I recently filed a Ch 7 petition pro se in CA. I was looking through my paperwork after I filed and noticed that on my master mailing list coversheet that I listed the WRONG ADDRESS for the US Trustee!! How did I do this? ARGH! I checked and re-checked everything, but missed this. The clerk did not say anything. Should I file an amendment just to correct the COVERSHEET for the master mailing list, or is this something minor that will be "overlooked"? I am in the central district in CA.

The U.S. Trustee's address is pre-programmed into the Clerk's System. To check this, go into PACER and pull a NEW Mailing Matrix. You should see the corrected / correct mailing address for the U.S. Trustee. As a matter of fact, they get PACER documents electronically anyhow.

Bottom line, check PACER and the Mailing Matrix, and you'll probably see that the U.S. Trustee is correctly listed!
