Eli, if you're talking about the Fee Waiver, then it would be pre-tax (gross) income.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

"JTL" are the Judge's initials. The Case Number usually looks like this: 09-XXXXX-ABC where "09" is the year, XXXXX is the case number and ABC is the presiding Judge.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

For example: 09-XXXXX-A83 would be Case No. XXXXX in 2009 for Judge ABC, that's in "8" Division for a Chapter 13.
I know it may be confusing, but it helps the Trustee and Court personnel know who the Judge is, what case it is, etc, etc.
You do not need to include it. You can always reference your account as 09-XXXXX so long as you mention which District, Division and Judge.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

In some Districts, they also have other 3-digit suffices which not only tell the Judge, but also which sub-division and Chapter of Bankruptcy.

You need to come prepared like a lawyer. Err... you need to come better prepared than a lawyer as far as documentation.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

You should probably check your Trustee's website for further information. I would be inclined to call the Trustee's office to see what they need prior to the meeting.
