What do you do with the non relevant forms

I am filing, I have just CC debt and a car loan. I own no property and have no assests outside of the car which is going to be returned and my tv and some furniture. When I file do I leave blank the forms that don't pertain to me like the Declarationunder penatly of perjury on behalf of a corportation or partnership, or do I just not include them?

Also, do you just print out extra forms when listing all your creditors as right now the two sheets are not enough.

Are you using the NoLo book? There should be a checklist which tells you which forms that you need to include. Also, the Clerk of your local District Bankruptcy Court will usually have a checklist as well.

Many forms have to be included regardless of whether they are blank. I believe that some of the official forms have a checkbox indicating that the form is in fact meant to be "blank".

As far as the Schedules, there are continuation sheets for that. For example, if you notice Official Form B6F (a/k/a Schedule F), there are two sheets. The first one is for the "first" page. if there is more than one page, then you only enter the subtotals on that page, and then use the "second" page (from the official Form package) for each additional sheet. For every sheety, you enter only the subtotal.

When you have complete the LAST sheet, you total all the sheets on that page. you then go back and update the first sheet to show that it has XX number of continuations, and on the "continuation" sheets, you number them... 2 of 8, 3 of 8, etc (in an 8 page Schedule F). The other Forms are similar.

Yep, and don't forget to sub-total each page, and include the total on the last page.

We had to file all pages of the petition and mark N/A on it if it didn't pertain. That was in the local rules for our court, Central CA.
