First, if you mean health insurance coverage which is available to purchase from your employer... look below. If it's "free" health care coverage, I don't know.
Your health insurance payments do not go on Schedule B. Your health insurance will go on Schedule J line 11 (Insurance/Health). Do not put it on Schedule I unless it's "compulsory" (meaning you don't get to not choose to have it). Generally though, it always goes on Schedule J.
If you are filing Chapter 7 and are over the median income, then you'll need to put it on Schedule B22A line 34a as well.
If you are filing Chapter 13 and are over the median income, then you'll need to put it on Schedule B22C line 39a as well.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
