    Online Bankruptcy Forms Question

I have been messing around a little with the online forms and since my wife and I are filing together, both our names need to be on each form submitted.

I noticed when trying to fill out the online forms, you can't place one name on top of the other. What are you suppose to do in this situation?

My name, middle initial and last name won't fit with my wife's name on the same line. In this case, do I put John P. & Jane L. Doe?

The same goes when entering dependents. I have 2 daughters. The nolo book says to list 1 dependent on top of the other. In this case do I just type 2 daughters and there ages 3 and 9 months?

Sorry to be so picky, but if I do decide to file myself, I want to make sure I get it right.

I'm unsure which form or forms you're referring to.

In looking at the fillable forms, they are not "multi-line" at the top. I would enter "John P Doe & Mary J Doe" on the lines. Notice how I included the last name on each party.

These are the forms - http://www.uscourts.gov/bkforms/bank...forms.html#200

      Under - B l Voluntary Petition (1/08)

On page 2, it asks for Name of debtor(s). My full name and my wifes full name won't fit on that line and every other line that asks for both of our names.
