In the event that I must move forward with this complicated chapter 13 myself, against the advice of everyone here, I was wondering where do I claim legal expenses that I will incur? Schedule J or do I need to make an application for professional fees even thought I am not a professional? I've spent over $500 on pacer alone pre-petition and I know I can't include any pre-petition expenses.
In addition, here in Georgia, they do not make it even remotely easy. I have to spend money to mail or drive my happy ass to the court to file most motions, even after Covid. I know I can file a motion and request to file everything electronically but that doesn't mean that it will be approved. And it makes me angry that pro se litigants do not actually have equal access to justice in the courts. The only things any plaintiff must have for equal access is a boat load of $$$. :/
