While I don't really have an answer for you, I'll tell you what I did. I listed my secured credit cards on Schedule F (unsecured creditors). Not only did no one complain, the creditors returned my deposit in each case. Of course, your mileage may vary. I think it really depends on the cardholder agreement and just what they mean by "secured". I was stunned that my deposits were returned.
