Been reading the forum. Trying to absorb as much info as possible. I've already filed for Ch. 7 on the Oct. 6. Have my 341 scheduled for Nov. 9th.
I had thought I had covered everything necessary on my schedules. Was honest and forthright while filling out my Schedule B but I did not include my 401k because I interpreted the words to suggest that wasn't necessary. But going back over it, and rereading the section on the NOLO Ch. 7 book I see that it says I should include it. Statements regarding it were requested by my Trustee and I've already put them together to return to her for the document disclosure.
So my question, though I'm thinking the answer is obvious, is do I need to amend my Schedule B to include it if I'm sending my Trustee information regarding it?
