Well, guys, WE SURVIVED THE 341 MEETING!
We were the ONLY ones that were pro se. Everybody else had an attorney. Oh, well...
After getting sworn in, the Trustee asked us questions:
*Why did we fine BK?
*How did we get in all this debt?
*Did we understand about the windfall rule?
AND....I guess he was really impressed with the schedules...SO impressed he kept asking me if I had any help with the paperwork. I told him no, I did them myself. He also asked if I had any experience with bankruptcy. I said I was trained as a paralegal some years ago.
At any rate, once we sat down, I don't think it even took three minutes. He jotted down out cell numbers should he had any questions later (and I pray to God he doesn't).
With that being said....I guess we're in the 60 Day Club.
