I know it's a stupid question. I mean, I sat there in 2000 and bared my soul to the world and the judge said "Go free and don't get into this trouble again", and now I am asking if I can go back and pay these guys. I know it's 10 years for the BK on the CRA's, and I know they display the last 7 years of bad stuff, but I have 2 companies that still keep reporting. I got a report today and Wells Fargo last reported 6/2006, Sears 2/2006. They both say discharged, no payment due, etc. , but why are they still reporting at all? Vengence? My last late payment was October of 1999, so seven years will be October of 2006. Will that make it go away?
