    Owe lots of money ,

My wife has some personal and business debt . Which she guaranteed.
Some of the creditors (WF) have threaten to send letters and start legal proceeding. I am trying to figure out what
    options we have.

    here is the facts
    1) She has very little to no assets. Depending on what you count as an asset. If you count household goods she has assets if you do not
    then she does not.
    2) She is not working, no wages
    3) We no longer live in the United States.

Sorry for giving you so little to work on. But right now the only option i can see is letting them Sue
getting a judgement against us as we cant appear in court, and then.... That's just it I don't know the and then...

So hopefully someone will be able to give me some basic friendly advice

    Thank you

If you no longer live in the U.S. or any of its territories, then I very seriously doubt you have anything to fear from any creditor here. If the debts are all owed to banks or other private businesses, I can guarantee you that no one will pursue you overseas. If the debts are owed to government agencies--especially taxing agencies, then they may very well go after you, because there are treaties in place which allow such recoveries. Of course, for taxes and other government debts, bankruptcy will not help.
