You should be able to get a copy of your entire court file (docket?) You will probably have to pay a per-page fee.

Why can't you find another job in the $10 an hour range? A college town usually has restaurants and bars that pays that much?

A Notice of Appearance is short for Notice of Appearance of Counsel, as in the attorney notifying the court that he is representing the plaintiffs.

          Hello everyone

I just wanted to update everyone that I filed MAY 19th and got my discharge Sep 5th. Things are looking up. In 9 months we will have our bachelors degrees and be moving. My wife filed CH 7 before we met and has got her credit score up. Now it’s my turn to work on my credit, just today only 6 days after my discharge I got approved for a credit card with a $2000 limit and no fee for the first year and $19 after. Because of this my credit score went up 19 points just now on credit karma to 633. I'm in a state of shock that I got a credit card so fast. Now I can build up my credit along with my wife and hopefully with our degrees that we will have in the next 9 months buy a home in the near future. We also have a baby boy coming in the next month. Life’s changing very fast and our odds of succeeding are looking good with our degrees. College has been hard but both me and my wife are keeping a 4.0 GPA.

Anyways I just wanted to update this post and thank you all for all the help I have gotten from this forum.

          God bless

Congrats on the discharge, the baby, and your ability to keep a 4.0 in school.

Keep fighting to stay debt free. Do the math on your major purchases, need vs want, new car vs used, and don't bother with keeping up with the Jones'. Treat your family finances like a profit center where the bottom line comes first.

            I wish you well.

A lot of folks are going this ex-pat route.
