Unfortunately myself and the hubby are going to be separating. We are 2 years into a 48 month chapter 13. We are now going to potentially have 2 separate households. I think I can handle the rent payment. My problem is two-fold, #1 do we need to notify the trustee, and #2 it seems a lot of apartments wont take someone who has an active bankruptcy. It seems crazy to me, since I am paying back my debt. I have been honest with every person I have talked to, but with one exception no one will take the chance and I do make good money. Any ideas on finding a place?
