    Yes hopefully that shuts them up. The fine was $150 and amending a schedule to add the creditor would cost $125 in legal fees. What excellent timing on their part - like I was expecting THAT to show up in the mail right now, lol.

      these people feel like spider webs!

      funny, i named everyone and their mother on our petition. i remember my atty asking me do you owe all those people, i said, most likely not, but they are companies that could try and come up with something. i.e. the electric co., i knew we were fine, however, if for some reason they didn't turn off the power when i told them to and i didn't know it, it could somehow creep up on me sooner or later, most likely later. i just wanted to cover everything and anybody who could possible claim we owe or owed them.
