unable to post on regular forum...got a question. I'm looking at Schedule E, I do have a court ordered child support obligation, taken out of my check, it is totally paid up and not in arrears, do i need to state it on this form? thanks

Some will list the Child Support obligation (domestic support obligation, or DSO) on Schedule E regardless of arrears. If you have no arrears, then you just list it as $0 (and perhaps type "for information only" in the description box).
Your DSOs should be listed on Schedule J. You may also need to account for them on your Means Test.
