Question about old, closed CC acct. on credit report

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I'm going through my credit reports before filing and I have one item that just won't go away. A Capital One CC acct. that was paid off (while in good standing) and closed in 1998.
The status says: inactive/never late. I have called capital one several times over the years about this, but it's still there. It's actually only one of two accts. I have under the Good Standing heading. The other one says Paid.Closed/Never Late.
I don't know why this is still here, but should I bother doing anything about it? I've never contacted the credit reporting agencies on this, just Capital One.

The 7 years reporting rule is for derogatory accounts. Accounts that ended in good standing stay longer - and there is no harm in them reporting.
