my son has some of his mail sent to our home address cause his wife and him are headed for either separation or divorce will this be a issue? I don't know if and how the tt checks to see how many people live with you and just didn't want this to be a issue and if so I will tell my son to cease sending mail asap. It is a possibility that he might be moving back home but I don't know if it will be before or after all this is done with. I'm trying to keep him out as long as possible first cause he will drive me nuts second because of us filing BK and don't want his income counted. I don't even know if it would but want to play it safe. I know stupid things I get paranoid about.

Just having his mail come to your house should not be a problem. As of now he is not a part of your household.

This isn't any different from you moving into a new apartment, and you are still getting some of the old tenant's mail.
