Im trying to figure how far along I am in my chapter 13 plan.

Confirmed - June 09
37 payments of 60 made

So I'm 37 months in right? I know stupid question but I'm considering trying to refi house.

some districts go off of filing date while others go off of confirmation date.

As to refinancing your house - you'd still require trustee permission and there is a ton of things to consider; if approved, would it increase your DMI therefore possibly increasing your plan payment? What is your house value? The housing market is still nose-diving and banks are getting worse with loaning any $ at all, let alone refinancing. Search the forums and read others posts re: refinancing during a Ch. 13 - there are quite a few out here.
