Hi,
We are anxiously waiting to file Ch 7, probably in mid June. We waited as my husband's VA stipend for education will end in May as he will not be taking enough hours after this semester.
I am going to grad school for a nurse practitioner. I will graduate in 5/2013. Right now, I work as a staff nurse - 24 hours per week and go to school full-time. Long story short - I would like to be able to pick up extra hours thru a nursing agency, and/or a home health care agency on an "as needed" basis. I don't want to throw us into a Ch 13 by picking up extra before we file, but if I am able to pick up after mid June (when we would file) for a few weeks while I am out of school that would be a great help! I am also looking at cutting back or going "as needed" where I work now and just try and pick up between the 3 places for more flexibility for when I start my clinicals this fall & next spring (clinicals will be 16-32 hours per week).
So, does this sound like something that will cause ?'s or problems for us? I don't want to jeopardize anything since we have waited since December to file, but it would be nice to be able to pick up extra if available. Chances are once clinicals start, it may be hard to work my 24 hours.
Hope this makes some sense.
Thanks for any input & ideas!
Lynn
