    Question Ugh Hubby Forgot.............

that he had our anti virus software on a auto cc payment and it hit today will we need to start our 90 days of no cc use over again before we can file. The beginning of Feb was the last we used cc.

Another question is it okay to use your debit card to pay things our paycheck are direct deposit we have no other choice we are trying to get paper ones but our employers are bulking big time and want to know why and of course we don't want to tell.
Once we get paid is it okay to drag it out of the bank or will the trustee have issues with that when we file.
We don't want to get hit with our checking account getting garnish from cc companies not that we are there yet trying to plan ahead.

If it is not a big amount it may not be a big deal, easy to explain to trustee. Others may have better in put on this but just my thoughts.

Also why pay for Anti Virus Software, you can get just as good protection for free using Avast in combination with AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy all have free versions. Avast is very good and does not slow down your computer like Norton and other big Anti-Virus programs. You might be able to get your Antivirus Subscription canceled and money refunded. and install Avast. You will need to remove your current Antivisrus Software before installing Avast.

That charge should not be a big deal.

As to how you go about using your money, paying bills, etc. - it should not be an issue. If you do withdraw large amounts of cash, it won't hurt to keep receipts just in case you're asked about it.

Call them up and have them reverse the charge and put it on a debit card. Norton charged my folks for a subscription they had on a computer they no longer used. Takes a few minutes on the phone but they were nice about it.

Had the same thing happen here and I just had them credit the card back and put it on my debit card.

I also had something that the company refused to credit back and charged to a different card. I can't remember now but it seems like it was $50. Nothing was said - attorney told me not to worry about it. I worried any way and nobody cared. LOL

I wouldn't think it would make you have to wait almost 2 more months until there had been 90 days free of use of your cards for this one little thing.

            I hope everything goes smoothly!!
