    Filing tomorrow...

    Finally filing tomorrow; stopped paying 2 years 8 months ago, saw attorney for the first time 2 years ago exactly, we are filing chapter 7 tomorrow.

    I am nervous and a little excited to get all this chaos behind us.

    Attorney said everything should go smooth, no asset, we have exemptions for anything we wanted to protect, no problems, he said we should get a discharge by may.

    Thank you to the forum for all the valuable advice I have received!

      The chaos will stop and life as you want it will return. BK7 was the best decision we have made in a long time. Best of luck
