Met with attorney - have to wait until maybe next December to file

    baskets, I noticed you said hubby's income is exempt. If it truly is exsmpt in NON-BK COURT, then make sure that money is deposited in a separate account. There should be NO OTHER deposits to that account. I wouldn't even use a debit card to make a purchase from this account. If you have to return the item, the merchant will likely credit the amount back to your account. I wouldn't want some lawyer to claim you comingled non-exempt funds in there.

      Thanks Don - I hadn't thought of that. I will check with our attorney to see if she feels that is a problem.
