Notifying creditor - no address - internet transaction

I bought some stuff over the internet. The creditor's address isn't listed anywhere, just an e-mail address. I did a search and found a physical address in Canada but it came back as undeliverable on the BK mailing matrix. I was able to successfully send notice of the BK to the collection agency here in the US that he is using. Is this enough for discharge purposes or do I have to notify the original creditor as well?

i would just list the debt and the amount, the address you have and also include the internet address.

it does get confusing as it's vital that each creditor gets properly notified. however, if this is a mail order or internet company with no physical address that's pretty hard to do. under those circumstances one would think the collection agency's address, although i would still name the creditor, and email address would suffice.
