Dos And Don'ts: An Excellent (And Hillarious) Video Made By A Trustee
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.Tags: None

Nice.
I little aggressive on the advice of the do's and don'ts
"e.g. supply all requested info to trustee"....um, only if said request is reasonable, if not, off to a judge to tell if the requested info needs to be provided.
The trustee is still the adversary of the debtor, attorneys are to be advocates for their clients, not gofers for the trustees.
