Hi,
Like I said in prior post, our atty wanted all our expenses listed. So, I realize I will need to cut down and remove some, so do I just list the federal standards for everything?
We do have quite a bit of education expenses, I still need to go back on our books and supplies. I realize tuition is out.
If we WOULD qualify for Ch 7, do we have the Sallie Mae payment on there, and then TT takes it out if we have to go with a Ch 13.
Also, if my husband wants to start some photography business in a Ch 13 is that allowed? There would not be any borrowing of money so I would assume that would be OK.
Thanks again for all the help. I really do appreciate all the advice. Someone had mentioned that perhaps we should purchase a newer vehicle to have 2 car payments instead of 1 and that would perhaps put us in a Ch 7. How does one do that when we are so strapped. Also, our credit isn't the best - so who do you even go to?
Thanks!
Lynn
