If I am reading this correctly, the bank foreclosed on the house, adding on lots of various fees of course. The previous owners then filed bankruptcy, which would have wiped out the fees. The bank fought the plan, but lost... the judge found the bank was not licensed to do business legally in Arkansas.
Even better for the debtors: the judge ruled the bank had to pay the debtor's attorney fees.
