Sorry I'm asking so many questions. My husband is 70% disabled Vet - receives approx. $800 for educational stipend (under GI bill) and $1064. monthly disability which is not taxed. His partial Civil Service retirement is $1,064 gross, $665.73 after deductions.
Are these all used in the means test? I am especially not sure of the educational stipend.
Any insight is appreciated.
