    sam, I'm still awaiting your response from my "exemption" questions above? This is no longer making any sense.

      I have never had issue with a Trustee attempting or even arguing that fully exempted garnished wages were property of the estate. They were exempted. However, you may want to consider having an attorney handle this, this should have been done WHEN you filed. Now those funds were likely already dispersed to the garnisher's clients, your original creditor, and you may have trouble getting them back.
