We are in the prefiling stage. I am just getting all the paperwork together before we retain the lawyer and file. I am missing some paychecks and I need to move bank accounts from BofA since we have a cc with them we will be defaulting on.
The lawyer we have seems nice, explained a lot to me I didn't know and then answered any question I had whenever I emailed him, even on a Sunday.
