I opened a secured credit card with Capital One with a deposit of $200. I called to check my balance and I have $351 available. They added $151 of their own money to my limt. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Yeah it is their policy. Based on your credit history they will sometime match you dollar for dollar. If you read the fine print it says that your credit line will be equal to your secured deposit or more. -
