On a Chapter 13 are there annual income audits? Asset review?
My lawyer is talking about "stripping the 2nd" anyone had luck with this in Orange County Ca?

It varies by district. The trustee can request your yearly taxes to review your income. I'm in Eastern District of CA and don't have to submit my taxes. We filed a 13 to strip our 2nd mortgage.

Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
0% payback to unsecured creditors, 56 payments down, 4 to go....
