Found this ironic and funny

Yesterday, I got two letters in the mail re: credit cards. One was from FIA. I just missed my first payment with them last week (getting ready to file), and it was an "attempt to collect a debt" letter reminding me that I missed a payment and they want to "help." The other letter was from BoA letting me know they increased my credit limit and were including these cash advance checks to "help." Just found it funny.

Agreed! Yesterday I received a 0% offer for Discover card - YET my credit is worse (according to TrueCredit) than 100% of the populatioN!!!! :-)

Yes, we get offers each week. We have judgments, etc.. I don't understand....

IAmOld - we've been getting hammered with Discover offers for the last month! Blows my mind. Sadly, two months ago, I probably would've tried taking advantage of them to put off the inevitable even longer.

Filed chap 13 last October and I'm still getting offers. Citibank just sent me a "pre-approved" cash advance loan for $5,000. Sad thing for me too, is a couple of years ago I would have considered it, to move some of my debt around.
