We have one last creditor calling us after filing at the end of June.
I called them back this morning and they asked for my social security number and said they weren't calling my account, then I asked if maybe it was my wife's and gave them hers and they she didn't have an account with them but she does. They must have the social security number wrong.
The question is how can we get this rectified? All of our credit cards were listed on our credit report the attorney used for the matrix, we went over it multiple times.
If the creditors information is not correct on account but it is listed in the petition will it still be discharged correctly? Do we need to do anything?
