i do believe and some will correct me if i'm wrong, but that DebtEd, means your Debtor Education Course is Due...(you have to take your required class/es)
and MEANSNO , believe means "No Presumption of Abuse" from the Means Test.8/4/2008 MAKE SURE AND VISIT Tobee's Blogs! http://www.bkforum.com/blog.php?32727-tobee43 and all are welcome to bk forum's Florida State Questions and Answers on BK http://www.bkforum.com/group.php?groupid=9

The easiest way I found to track whats happening with my case on Pacer was to just check the Docket Report and the Status. Mostly I just look at the Docket Report. You should go on and verify that the pre BK course was filed, it will give you the dates and etc.
Tobee is correct on the MeansNo............for the Debt Ed. that may not have been filed yet. As I said, check the Docket Report and if it isn't filed, call your attorney.Filed CH 7 4/15/11

really there is not much for you to do, this process is normally done electronically by your atty...not you. i know you're worried, filing bk has a tendency to do that to you. i know it's hard...you'll be fine.
so you have a bit of understand of the process, here's usually how it's done:
