Wow! That was fast! Now....

I met with an attorney Tuesday of one week, had everything gathered and we filed Monday the following week. Received our letter and the 341 is scheduled for beginnning of Aug. My question is, I was going to call my attorney but figured I could get a faster answer here, after the 341 can I list my house for sale or should I wait for a discharge? I have to wait 60 days for the discharge correct? I really doubt my house will sell that fast, if at all.

It's best to wait and see what the Trustee wants to do with any assets, including your home. Technically, it would still be property of the Estate unless and until abandoned or the case is closed or dismissed. Personally, I would wait until after the case closes or there is an abandonment of the asset from the estate.
