Been reading, does your house insurance always go up when you file bankruptsy?

We just got our renewal notice from USAA and ours went up only $6 for this coming year. I think it has a lot to do with the company you are with and the state where you live, too.
We will be moving soon and USAA will issue us a renter's policy as well for a very decent rate.
