? about chapter 11

We jsut filed on friday for chapter 13, but now I am worried b/c my husbands company filed for chapter 11 bktcy. Does anyone know what happens to the company in a 11? I am so scared we are going to loose our only income.

Anything can happen to a company during a chap 11. But in the case he did lose his job, he may be able to qualify for a 7 instead of 13. And thats a very good thing.
