    Something On Pacer

I'm helping a friend watch her case on Pacer.

She filed in Middle District-Florida and is buying her car
    back from the trustee.

There's now a notation on her case that says Notice of
Intent to sell with 21 day negative notice(these last few
words are in italics).Filed by _____________,Trustee.

Does anyone know what this entry means---since she has no intention of selling her car?

Sounds like the trustee filed a report because he is selling the car. Your friend is buying it from him.

eta: The 21 days is the timeframe for objections. If there are no objections, no hearing needs to be conducted and the motion to sell the property will be carried out. If there are objections within the 21 days, then there will be a hearing.
