Adult daughter moving back in - does her income count?

Hi,

My husband may have to file BK depending upon his rental home being foreclosed on. My adult daughter who works full-time will be moving back in with us while she is going to graduate school. She will not be paying anything toward household expenses.

If he files, I am hoping to keep it private. Do we have to include my daughter's information? Our finances are totally separate, etc. I do not want daughter involved at all.

You need to mention it, but if she contributes nothing to HH expenses, then it is not too much of a problem, but you do need to at least mention it.
