Question What to claim on petition.

I have some supposed debts to agencies that have been sold multiple times. I cannot get them to provide account information. On the petition, do I list the OC, The CA, or both? Sorry id this has already been ansered, I cannot find it.

My petition has original creditors and collection agencies as well. I had things mailed to me and just kept those and provided copies of them to my attorney.
