Should I send cease and desist letter?

I owe BOA on two accounts and got a letter from their CA yesterday. Should I send them a cease and desist letter? I really don't want them calling me and I pretty much know I will end up being sued anyway's. So really if it's going to happen might as well get it over with. Nothing they can do but put a lien on my no equity house. No wages or bank accounts for them to get. Sure I could stall them for while but what's the use. Can't file a chapter 7 and a chapter 13 will be around longer then me. So I will just take the judgments. Got my military retirement and vet. benefits coming in paper checks. Social security comes in the form of an express card.
When a person sends one of the letters what choice does the CA have but turn it over to an attorney right? Or do they give the account to another CA?

are you certain it is actually out of BOA's hands / sold to actual CA - OR - is it still in-house collections? Big difference between the two as you cannot C&D original creditors.

They have several choices. They can send it to another agency, sent it to their attorney, or just sit on it. Where's that crystal ball when you need it?

And yes, go ahead with that C/D.
